SMS program
Program description. Your Desk Guru is a missed-call text-back service used by local businesses. When you call a participating business and the call is missed, you receive a text message from that business's virtual assistant asking what you need, your name, the best callback number and (for on-site services) your address, so the business can follow up. You may also receive a short confirmation or a reply to a question you text back.
- Message frequency varies (usually 1 to 6 messages per missed call, only after you call or text the business).
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. After STOP you get one confirmation and no further messages from that business; reply START to resubscribe.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- The texts are sent by an automated virtual assistant on behalf of the business. If anyone is in danger, call 911; do not rely on text messages in an emergency.

We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.
Using Your Desk Guru (business owners)
You may only use Your Desk Guru to text people who called or texted your business, and you're responsible for the information you give the assistant (hours, services, prices). Don't use it for marketing blasts, and don't ask it to collect sensitive data such as card numbers, Social Security numbers or medical records. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from the billing page; the setup fee, where it applies, is one-time. The service is provided as is; we're not liable for missed or delayed messages, lost leads, or anything said by the assistant beyond the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
